Ross is responsible for overseeing pensions, benefits & wellbeing for Centrica. This includes its 20,000 UK-based employees. His role includes supporting the Group in managing its defined benefit pensions risk while ensuring the company offers the right balance of benefits and support to attract and retain the talent it needs. Underpinning this is making sure these offerings are well understood and valued by colleagues. Ross joined Centrica in 2019 as pensions director, and his role expanded in 2025 to now include benefits and wellbeing. Before joining Centrica, he worked at KPMG, advising large corporate clients across various sectors on their pension strategies and addressing the financial wellbeing challenges of their workforces. With 20 years of experience in the pensions industry, Ross is also a qualified actuary.
