Elaine is a seasoned reward leader with over 15 years in compensation and benefits. As Director of Benefits & Reward Projects at Flutter Functions, she drives strategic initaitives, including the roll out of Benifex’s OneHub platform. She has been instrumental in shaping and executing Flutter’s reward strategy, ensuring alignment of benefits and reward systems with organisational goals. Previously, she was Compensation & Benefits Director at Viacom International Media Networks, overseeing reward outside the U.S. Elaine began her career at O2, shaping reward strategies for the UK’s largest mobile network.
