Emily has worked at Centrica for over 21 years – starting in the Cardiff call centre and progressing through several roles (including Project and Change Management) before following her passion for Health and Wellbeing eight years ago. In her role as Group Health and Wellbeing Manager, Emily is responsible for designing and delivering Centrica’s global Wellbeing Program, for a diverse workforce of over 19,000 colleagues. Her experience in operational roles at Centrica and her training as a Mental Health First Aider has given her a strong understanding of what colleagues want; she has been instrumental in transforming Centrica’s wellbeing strategy and putting preventative wellbeing resources, tools and benefits in place that help colleagues get the right support at the right time for them.
