Having worked in Reward at Molson Coors for 16 years, Tina's role initially covered Western Europe, expanding in the last 5 years to implement new programs across EMEA & APAC. Her projects have ranged from designing a new recognition program to defining the wellbeing strategy, and more recently introducing a new benefits strategy – including a new platform across 15 countries across EMEA & APAC. Tina has also introduced a new job architecture framework to support the pay transparency journey at Molson Coors. Her passion for wellbeing led her to pioneer a mental health first aid framework, qualifying as a Mental Health First Aid instructor to enable internal wellbeing ally training.
