Sarah began her career in the motor industry, before joining NFU Mutual where she spent 10 years leading teams focused on organization design, delivery of HR shared services, resourcing and talent management. She then joined plumbing merchant Wolseley, where in addition to leading the HR Business Partnering team, she launched the company’s in-house resourcing capability, and led on the people and change agenda, and reward. Along the way she's become an expert in those skills that help businesses establish brilliant people strategies, as a freelancer and in-house: training, facilitating and coaching, people strategy, psychometrics and more. Now at Refresco UK, Sarah prides herself on the difference the breadth of her HR skills can bring to the business, and always ensures there’s a great deal of good old fashioned common sense to her people solutions.
