Peter Stack is the Group Head of Reward at Urenco, where he has led the Global Reward team for the past 3.5 years. In this role, Peter is responsible for shaping and delivering Urenco’s Reward and Recognition strategy across its international operations.

Before taking up his current position, Peter headed Urenco’s Global Mobility function, supporting the organization’s diverse and mobile workforce. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years at PwC in the Human Resource Services team, advising clients on reward and mobility issues, before joining Deloitte in a similar role as an Associate Director.

Outside of work, Peter is an avid rugby fan and a devoted owner of two mischievous dogs who keep life interesting.
