Stephen is Senior Benefits Manager at BDO. With 20+ years’ experience in employee benefits delivery ranging from Operational, Sales, Customer Relations, Implementation and Consulting roles, Stephen has supported customers in helping deliver successful employee benefits strategy and technology to their employees for over 2 decades.

In 2024 Stephen ‘jumped the fence’ from EB consulting to join BDO HR team and support the delivery of their internal benefits programme bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience to help reinvigorate the BDO benefit proposition to their 8k employees and diverse workforce.

When not at work, Stephen is a keen (but average) golfer and loves annoying his son with bad ‘dad’ jokes.
