Gethin is an award-winning psychologist, bestselling HR author, and in 2026 was named one of the UK’s Top 100 Most Influential People. Gethin has been awarded more than twelve awards since 2024 for his work in influencing the global HR industry, including double Gold at the prestigious Stevie’s awards in New York in recognition of a career dedicated to human resources. He was also awarded a lifetime achievement award by the UK Employee Experience Awards in 2025.
Gethin has been recognised as one of the world’s Most Influential HR Thinkers 2023-2026 and named PwC’s ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Industry’. Gethin is a Fellow at the historic King’s College London, King’s Business School and Chair of the Westminster think tank, The Policy Liaison Group on Workplace Wellbeing.

Tatiana Mututantri is the EMEA Benefits Lead at Motorola Solutions. She leads benefit strategy and processes across more than 30 countries and manages regional Benifex implementations. Motorola Solutions has successfully launched the Benifex platform in six countries worldwide, with Tatiana driving the EMEA rollout—taking the UK live in 2025, Poland in 2026, and Portugal and Spain following in 2027. Looking ahead, Motorola Solutions plans to bring nine more countries onto the platform over the next couple of years. At the Benifex Atlanta event, Tatiana will share key takeaways from scaling digital benefit platforms across complex international markets. Tatiana brings deep HR expertise to her role, built over 19 years at Motorola Solutions and previous experience at PwC and IBM.
